The Real Club de Golf El Prat presents its success story within the Circular Economy Mapping Week.

The Real Club de Golf El Prat was invited to present its success story in the first edition of the “Mapeig d’ Economía Circular al Vallés Occidental”, a simultaneous and global initiative of the international network “Circular Economy Club”, which takes place between 5 and 11 February in 67 cities around the world.

The RCGP was built in the wildlife corridor that joins the natural park of Sant Llorenç de Munt i L’ Obac and the natural park of the Serra de Collserola,”with the challenge of generating a positive environmental, social and economic impact”, tells us the manager Ariana Martín, who together with José Gómez, Head Greenkeeper of the RCGP, were responsible for presenting the success case represented by the Club project after 15 years on the spot: “We are very grateful for the opportunity we have been given to defend this successful project in a sector with so many prejudices and so strongly stigmatized,” says Ariana Martín.

The conference, which took place on 8 February at the Regional Council of Vallés Occidental, was aimed to create a space where professionals and academics could collaborate and discuss the good practices of the circular economy, as well as generate ideas to promote new proposals.
