The Club has several areas for specific exercises that boost technique and allow you to achieve better balance in your body movements and strengthen those areas that are most involved with playing golf.
In the Pilates Room, located next to the Card Room, you can improve your physical condition with sessions developed by the Fasesport team of trainers (specific Pilates, injury recovery and specific golf training).
There is also a Therapy Room where the Fasesport coaches design tailor-made training sessions according to the needs of each member. Equipped with a stretcher, this room is perfect for stretching and relaxation sessions, and is located between the shop and the women's changing rooms.
Two rooms are also available for physiotherapy massages to improve muscle building and prevent injuries.
