The Real Club de Golf El Prat has developed a Crime Prevention Model that complies with the legal requirements for corporate criminal liability. The aim of this model is to prevent the misuse of its legal structure for criminal purposes while fostering good corporate governance

The Club has developed a Code of Conduct that outlines the standards of behavior that employees must follow when performing their professional duties

The purpose of this Code is to ensure professional, ethical, and responsible conduct at The Real Club de Golf El Prat and among all its employees as a fundamental part of the corporate culture. This culture is the foundation for the personal and professional development of its employees. The Code also defines the principles and values that should govern the Club’s relationships with its stakeholders.

The Real Club de Golf El Prat has created an Internal Information System. This system allows any direct member (Board of Directors, senior management, and employees) or related party (collaborators, suppliers, and third parties) to report any signs or suspicions of behavior that could indicate:

• A failure to comply with applicable regulations, protocols, procedures, and internal controls.
• Actions that do not align with the Club’s ethical principles and good practices.
• Actions that could be criminal.
