JUNIOR GOLF ACADEMY
The club’s youngest members are at the heart of the academy, where they can learn to play golf or hone their technique and performance for success at competition level.
PROGRAMME
The academy provides an environment where children are encouraged to play sports with the emphasis on having fun while learning to play golf. In addition to coaching them in practical classes and playing out on the course, we hold a children’s and youth tournament once a month. Entry to the tournament is free for all the academy’s students.
This programme is from 5 to 21 year old and its structure provides for all levels, from beginners to competition level.
It is held every Saturday and Sunday during the school term. The programme is open to RCGP members.
PROMISE A (from 5 to 9 years old)
Saturdays: 12:30 p.m – 2 p.m (Driving Range)
3 p.m – 5 p.m (Course)
Sundays: 11:30 a.m – 1 p.m (Driving Range)
PROMISE B (from 10 years old)
Saturdays: 11 a.m – 12.30 p.m (Driving Range)
3 p.m – 5 p.m (Course)
Sundays: 11 a.m – 1 p.m (Driving Range)
COMPETITION (from 9 years old)
Saturdays: 11 a.m -5 p.m (1h lunch)
Sundays: 11 a.m – 1 p.m

COMPETITION

From 14 September onwards: €615
- 7 hours of coaching every Saturday and Sunday.
- Weekly on-course sessions.
- Free entry to the Academy’s monthly tournaments (excluding the Christmas Junior Tournament).

PAYMENT
Payment for the Golf School will be made by direct debit, although it can also be paid at Reception at any time. A first payment will be processed on 14 September at the discounted rates.
If this first payment is unsuccessful or the fee has not been paid in advance at Reception, the full annual fee will be charged automatically on 15 November 2026 at the standard rates
Please note that registrations completed from 14 September onwards cannot be guaranteed the scheduled delivery date of the club kit.
Members: 20% discount from the third child enrolled onwards.

* Registrations completed by 13 September will receive their Academy kit in time for the start of the season (expected delivery: mid-October). For registrations from 14 September onwards, the delivery date of the kit cannot be guaranteed.
FACILITIES
We have an exclusive driving range, called MiniAugusta, designed specifically for teaching golf. This space includes a shooting range, an approach area, bunkers, a putting green and a 9-hole par 3 course.

I KNOW THE RULES
The Spanish Royal Golf Federation has published a book for children to learn the basics of the sport; they are taught what they can and cannot do on the course in a fun and amusing way.
The book is uncomplicated, simple to understand and without going into the procedures in great detail; that makes it easier for children to better understand the reasons for the rules of golf.
