Dear Member and Friend,

I am writing to you to summon you to the Ordinary General Assembly of the Club, which will be held on Sunday 15 April in the “Salón de Trofeos” of the Real Club de Golf El Prat, at 17:00 hours on first call and at 17:30 hours on second call, to deal with the matters indicated in the Agenda duly published in La Vanguardia on 24 March 2018.

To consult the 2017 Social Report you must access the Club’s website:
www.realclubdegolfelprat.com, in the partners section, press releases and then select “social report 2017”. I remind you that, to enter the members section, you must enter your ID card with the letter in capital letters in both username and password.

Paper copies will also be available to the Club administration.

As it is mandatory, all the information related to the Assembly will be at your disposal from April 5th on the web and in the administration of the Club.

P.S.To attend the Assembly you must have been a Member for at least one year, be at least 18 years old and provide your ID card.

The vote cannot be delegated. To vote you must attend the Assembly in person.
